Shop till you drop at Northland Shopping Centre. It is a premier regional shopping center and one of the largest in the city.
You can fitter away an entire day at this haven for shopping. Its 207 stores cater to all your needs. You can watch movie at the Hoyts Cinema, wander through Myer (department store), Kmart (department store), Rebel Sport, Best & Less (discount store), Coles and Safeway Supermarkets, not to mention the many other specialty stores. Shoppers will also be delighted by the large, 'mall graphics' overhead and an abundance of undercover parking available.
Opening in 1966, it made a modest beginning with only 73 tenants and six professional suits. Since then it has come a long way and climbed up the ladder of success.
The development included a complete refurbishment and extension of the food court with increased seating capacity from 550 seats to 750 seats. The addition of leading retailers including Rebel Sport, HMV, Playtime, Nature's World, Wooz, The ABC Shop, The Disney Store, to name a few.
