The Oysters are shucked during service. According to seasonal availability, the daily oyster selection could be from the oyster fields of South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales. They offer you only fresh sea food. The sea food tank is stocked daily with the likes of crayfish, scallops, mussels and other marine creatures.
