Popular dishes include the sizzling plate of fajitas, in beef, chicken, prawn or supreme (from AUD16.95). A value for money meal is the Enchilada New Mexico- - a stack of corn tortillas served with beef, onion and cheese, covered with chili sauce and topped with an egg, also including rice, frijoles and a taco (AUD12.95). A 40% discount applies to all food on Mondays and nachos are half price on Tuesdays. Texas Chili is a Beef, Chilly Powder and spices blend, cooked slowly to bring out its best qualities.
