Metropol Bar

The site of the Metropol bar once housed the St Kilda railway station. This sleek and fashionable restaurant offers you a venue where you can not only delve into great cuisine but also while away a considerable part of the day. Its prime attraction is its spacious open air terrace which resembles an exotic paradise. Colorful umbrellas provide you shade while you bask in the sun enjoying the scenic beauty all around. Towering and picturesque palm trees grace the terrace.

The décor of the dinning area is unique too. It boasts of a shoulder high warm fire place, overhead heating lamps and a massive wall to wall blackboard featuring the menu.

It has recently acquired the neighboring venue, Lionel Bar and Lionel's Kitchen - both of which will remain operating as they have since opening.

You can dine in elegance at the dinning room or revel in the beer garden. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner order eggs in for brunch, drink through afternoon and hang around until dinner. It makes an idyllic venue for hosting events. You can organize any private party or a corporate gathering here.
