It is located in Booker Street Spotswood, 5km from the centre of Melbourne at the western end of the West Gate Bridge (Melways 56 B1).
Scienceworks hosts a remarkable range of exhibits including the Planetarium, Spotswood Pumping Station and Stayin' Alive. Visitors can compare their strength and stamina with famous Olympians (such as Cathy Freeman), explore the intricacies of the human body, take an interstellar trip where no man has gone before or wander through the huge range of permanent and temporary exhibits.
Admission: Adults AUD9; children AUD4.50; concession AUD7; family of four AUD23.
Hours: 10a- 4.30p daily (closed Christmas Day & Good Friday).
